The next installment in my preparations to beat Usain Bolt at the London Olympics, 2012.

My trainer (who happens to be a qualified dolphin sociologist) offers me alternative (but good) training methods to become a super-sprinter.

I’m hoping that this training pain and effort is worth it in the end. But I’m sure the taste of victory will leave me feeling satisfied. (In the same way a well-made lemon meringue pie makes me feel.)
